Set along the shores of El Gouna, this seaside residence surrounded by 3,438 sqm of landscaped outdoor space was conceived as a study in proportion, light, and sacred geometry. Entirely designed and built as a holistic architectural vision, the villa balances vast expanses with a quiet, minimal expression defined by precision and detail. Arches articulate the façade and interior thresholds, while softened, rounded edges temper the structure’s presence against the coastal landscape. A previously elevated structure above the main hall and staircase was removed to align with neighboring rooflines, reinforcing architectural harmony. The original elongated footprint was rebalanced by transforming enclosed gym and playroom volumes into open terraces, allowing light and air to reshape the spatial experience.
