For Quartz Café, Sophie Dries creates a jewel-like coffee shop in Paris’s 7th arrondissement, conceived as a meeting point for coffee culture, design and craftsmanship.

Inspired by her long-standing fascination with minerals and natural matter, the project translates the world of quartz into a refined material language. Corten steel, polished stainless steel, bronze details, pleated curtains and crystal accents compose an intimate, atmospheric interior where every element feels precise and intentional.

More than a traditional café, Quartz Café is designed as a sensory experience.
