Pierre Marie Studio is a Paris-based, artist-led practice founded by French decorative artist Pierre Marie. Working across interiors, furniture, objects and the decorative arts, the studio is defined by a distinctive language of colour, pattern and ornament, transforming historical references into richly imaginative, contemporary work.

The publication of Pierre Marie’s Paris apartment in 2017 marked a turning point for the studio. Conceived as a complete environment, it brought architecture, furniture, textiles, objects and artworks into a single composition—an approach that continues to shape every project, from the organisation of a room to the design of an individual object.

Research and drawing underpin each project, developed in close collaboration with skilled artisans. Stained glass, tapestry, marquetry, mosaic, metalwork, textiles and blown glass become integral to the architecture, giving material form to the studio’s artistic vision through exceptional savoir-faire.
