For Café Shin Palais-Royal in Paris, Uchronia creates a refined and contemporary interpretation of the Korean coffee shop.

Located opposite the Palais-Royal, the space brings together hammered stainless steel, Korean brick, pale wood, soft fabric lighting and mirrored ceilings to create an atmosphere that is both minimal and warm. The design extends across several areas, from the main café to a more intimate lower level and listening room, turning the visit into a complete sensory experience.

Through this project, Uchronia translates Seoul’s vibrant café culture into a Parisian setting, combining material contrast, subtle colour and playful details with its signature sense of immersion and lifestyle.
