Faubourg Saint-Denis Aparment

For this Haussmannian apartment in Paris’s 10th arrondissement, Thomas Fournier worked in close collaboration with artist Noelia Hobeika to create an interior where art, architecture and memory are deeply intertwined.

The project translates the artist’s pictorial universe into space, using a powerful yet restrained palette of nude, brown, anthracite and deep burgundy tones. Vintage furniture, contemporary pieces, textured materials and personal objects are carefully brought together to create an atmosphere that feels both intimate and timeless.

Rather than imposing a fixed style, Thomas Fournier enhances the character of the apartment while giving it a new sense of depth and fluidity. From the kitchen’s rich material contrasts to the bathrooms inspired by French decorative history, every detail contributes to a subtle, elegant and highly personal interior.
