For Le Salon de Septembre, The Guild of Saint Luke inaugurated GSL Gallery in Pantin with an exhibition conceived as a dialogue between contemporary creation and the history of decorative arts.
Set within a former factory, the gallery’s raw and minimal setting becomes a striking backdrop for a scenography inspired by early 20th-century museum displays and fin-de-siècle salons. Guided by the idea of “Remastering the Past”, the exhibition brings together artists and designers whose work reinterprets traditional techniques through a contemporary lens.
Through this first exhibition, The Guild of Saint Luke affirms its vision of the past as a living source of inspiration, creating a space where craftsmanship, historical references and contemporary design come together with depth and elegance.
