For Brasserie Floderer in Paris, The Guild of Saint Luke undertook a careful restoration of one of the city’s historic brasserie interiors.

The project focused on reviving the original character of the space through a sensitive approach to colour, ornament and material detail. Frescoes, mouldings, lighting, banquettes and decorative elements were restored or reinterpreted to bring back the atmosphere of a classic Parisian brasserie.

Through this work, The Guild of Saint Luke celebrates Floderer as a living piece of Parisian heritage, where craftsmanship, memory and conviviality come together in a timeless setting.
