For this Parisian apartment, Studio Akademos creates a highly personal interior that fully expresses the studio’s aesthetic language.
Conceived as both a living space, workplace and reception apartment, the project allowed Aurélien Raymond and Costanza Rossi to experiment with the essence of Akademos: bold colour combinations, lacquered surfaces, mirrors, custom furniture and unexpected historical references.
Set within a Haussmannian building, the apartment deliberately moves away from its classical envelope to embrace a more singular atmosphere. Mahogany, lacquer, ivory tones, bevelled angles and vintage pieces compose a refined yet daring interior, where bourgeois culture is reinterpreted with theatrical elegance and contemporary freedom.
